Commencement Weekend

The Commencement Address will be delivered at Duke University on Sunday, May 11, 2014.

The Commencement Ceremony will also include remarks from a student,  conferring of earned degrees, and other recognitions of honors and awards.  The ceremony will be begin at 10 a.m., with the procession of students at 9:30 a.m. The ceremony is expected to conclude by 11:30 a.m., at which time the students will participate in their individual school or departmental diploma ceremonies.

Other major events of the weekend will include the Baccalaureate Services in Duke Chapel, the President's Reception on the Chapel Quadrangles, and the Commencement Ceremony on Sunday morning.  Details on all of these events and more fun things to do while in Durham can be found within the website.
