Guideline on Socially Responsibile Investing

The primary fiduciary responsibility of the Board of Trustees is to oversee the management of the University’s investment assets to maximize returns; however, in some cases it will be appropriate to consider moral and ethical issues raised by members of the University community. The Advisory Committee on Investment Responsibility (ACIR) assists the President in making recommendation to the Board of Trustees in keeping with the the Board's Guideline on Socially Responsible Investing.
