Duke Policies

Student Scholarship and Conduct

The University's disciplinary and grievance systems promote honesty, fairness, respect, and accountability within the University community, and provide a fair and effective mechanism for resolving cases in which a student (or group) is alleged to have violated the standards or policies of the University. Each community has specific policies and procedures for addressing alleged violations of standards of conduct; or, when not explicitly stated, defer to the rules and procedures for the Undergraduate community.
