Duke Mock Trial is more than a team.  We are a collection of engaged, creative, and dynamic individuals from many different backgrounds.  Duke Mock Trial is one of the largest mock trial programs in the nation.  It is also one of the top-ranked programs in the nation, having qualified for the National Championship Tournament 12 times in our 15 year history. 


We have also captured two South Atlantic Regional Crowns and placed in the Top 10 at the National Championship Tournament four times. Numerous Duke Mock Trial members have been named All-Region Attorneys or Witnesses, and in the last 10 years, 7 members have been named All-Americans at the National Championship Tournament.

However, Duke Mock Trial extends far beyond the wins and losses in the courtroom.  As a member of Duke Mock Trial, the rewards are endless.  You will gain life experience, knowledge, and lifelong friends.  All current Duke undergraduates are eligible to join Duke Mock Trial, and absolutely no experience in Mock Trial or law is necessary!  For more information, please visit the Join page.
